A single mom named Gabbie hires a tour guide, a psychic, a priest and a historian to help exorcise her newly bought mansion after discovering it is inhabited by ghosts.
Review:

I doubt if even fans of the Haunted Mansion will like the latest cinema edition of the Disney Parks ride. This is a pure kids movie so itโs broad and dumb. Fans of the ride will get a jolt from scenes that look like they were actually filmed inside the ride. Like the 2003 Eddie Murphy version, no one will remember this spooky house fondly.

LaKeith Stanfield is the only cast member that even registers. He plays a grieving husband having a conflict of faith. The finale which features a stark choice between resurrecting lost love and faithfully remembering it, is an unexpected resonant and affecting moment. It gives Haunted Mansion a brief touch of recognizable humanity in what is a feature length promotion.

The rest of the cast seems to be ghosting their roles. Iโm sure they all reappeared on payday.

Haunted Mansion gets a very generous 3.0 out of 5 or a B. Ghost it in a theater near you.
